HASH是世界性的跑步健身运动，全称是“Hash House Harriers”（简称“Hash"、“HHH”，或“3H” ），
是一项世界性的休闲活动，起源于1938年马来西亚的吉隆坡，如今在全世界184个国家几千个城市中都有开展
Hash活动没有固定的成员和组织，也不存在固定的模式，各个城市的具体做法各有不同，但所有的hash都有两个共同的主题:跑步和啤酒
Hash活动不以营利为目的，每次活动的结余归入基金供大活动时支出；所有工作都由参加者齐心协力地完成。还是一项各种文化汇集、交流的活动。
Hash中最重要的一件事就是跑步，而且是有趣味、有难度的跑步
Hash运动之兔子教程~ 兔子:英语为“hare”或“rabbit”，是hash活动中不可或缺的人物（动物），专门负责
Hash活动的具体组织安排。幽默可是说是全世界.
Hash参加者的共性。他们最擅长的就是自嘲----自称为“猎狗”
